REVIEW: Secrets of TEA
Disclosure: I have partnered with Secrets of Tea and have received compensation for this post. All opinions are my own.
After having two kiddos my body has definitely changed. The first time around, my body bounced back pretty quickly. But wow the second time around, my weight didn't melt off as quickly. I have done everything from eating healthy, watching calories and staying active but I had those stubborn few pounds that wouldn't go away.
This blend is made of organic ingredients such as organic lemon peel, organic roobios, organic pineapple'/mango/peach pieces, organic hibiscus tea, organic ginger, organic green cadramom, organic anise seeds (this seeds helps improves digestions, reduces nausea, treats bloating, gas, indigestion and constipation), organic cracked Foeniculum vulgare (Fennel is a spice and a medicinal plant with a long tradition. It decreases inflammation, relieves menstrual pain, may help with stomach/gut disorders, and may even improve memory, mood, and a number of disorders and diseases).
Mummy Magic naturally stimulates the body's metabolism without caffeine. The organic blend helps restore your pre-pregnancy body, better digestion, aids in balancing your body's ability to absorb nutrients, helps increase energy and stamina to keep mother's going without stimulants or sugars. It's a delicious natural pep while returning to your pre-baby shape. And the best part the tea doesn't really have a taste, but it does have a herbal smell, and safe for breastfeeding mommas.
After trying this blend out for the past couple of weeks, my pants have felt looser and I am down -5 pounds to my pre baby weight, which calls for a dance party. I usually drink this in the morning to help kick start my metabolism. But I only drink it about 3 times a week. But this is safe to drink 3 cups a day since it has no caffeine and made of organic ingredients its basically drinking any other kinda tea except this one has some awesome ingredients to aid in digestion.
Thank you so much for all your continued support. Without all of you this blog wouldn't be possible.
